The Member Management feature in Aerie allows organizations to effectively handle team members by adding, inviting, and managing their roles and permissions. This functionality is crucial for maintaining organized and secure operations within the platform.
Adding and Inviting Members
To add a new member to the organization, navigate to the 'Members' section under the 'Operations' menu. Click on the '+ Invite' button, which opens the 'Invite Member' form. Enter the email address and name of the new member, then click 'Invite'. An invitation will be sent to the specified email address, allowing the new member to join the organization.
Member Profile Overview
The member profile page provides a comprehensive view of each member's information and activities. It includes sections for personal details, assets, clients, and more. Users can view and edit member details to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Personal Details
This section includes basic information about the member, such as their name, email address, role within the organization, and last active date. It provides a quick overview of the member's status and activities.
Assets and Clients
The assets section shows all the digital assets managed by the member. It includes information on asset type, quantity, and other relevant details. The clients section lists all clients assigned to the member, allowing easy tracking and management of client relationships.
Managing Roles and Permissions
